Important Information:

Contact: Contact the center for Ms. A’s cell phone number. Please text, if possible, but feel free to call if it’s important. (Monday-Thursday ONLY)

Classification: Children are split into 3 Groups (Bunnies – 5-7 year olds, Beavers – 8-10 year olds, and Bears 11-13 year olds.) When appropriate, Beavers may participate in activities with either Bears or Bunnies, depending on the activity.

What to Bring: Make sure your child has the following items EVERYDAY: water bottle with their name clearly visible, sun block, tennis shoes, clothes that they can play and get dirty in. We serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks, but feel free to send any meals or snacks from home if you’d prefer. Please note that the staff will not be responsible for keeping up with your children’s personal items. Expensive items, clothing & valuables should be kept at home.

Devices & Cell Phones: Children are allowed to bring devices and cell phones to day camp. However, we do ask them to put them away during activities. They are allowed to use them during free time and quiet time only, unless there is an emergency and they need to contact you. Again, if you choose to send devices with your children, the staff will not be held responsible for them if they are lost or damaged.

Quiet Time: Feel free to send them with a blanket/pillow/stuffed toy for quiet time. Quiet time is our down time which happens for an hour/hour and a half every day. This gives the staff a chance to take a break as well as give your child a rest from constant activity. Bunnies are also allowed to have nap time if they are irritable or seem tired. If your child is a bunny (5-7 years) and you want to make sure they nap, just let us know.
